In memory of Mr Andrzej
On 26 June 2025 we said goodbye to our warm-hearted colleague, Mr Andrzej Mazur.
Mr Andrzej was a long-standing employee of the Laboratory of Plastic Deformation Under High Pressure of the Institute of High Pressure of the Polish Academy of Sciences, an excellent engineer, designer and expert in high-pressure apparatus. He made an enormous contribution to the development of hydrostatic extrusion technology and its adaptation as a method for obtaining metals and metal alloys with nanocrystalline structure.
Thanks to Mr Andrzej’s knowledge, our current employees took their first steps in the areas of the subject we are developing. We will remember him as he was, always welcoming, helpful and inspiring to the whole team.
